This area is for those colleagues involved in the ILM Level 7 Executive Diploma delivered by LSDA NI. Use the area to communicate, discuss, raise issues and share learning. Resources will include the ILM units and other relevant materials.
The HR Unit will be on Thursday 27th September 2007, with an input from David Sherlock, presently Chief Inspector at the Adult Learning Inspectorate (ALI) – soon to merge with Ofsted (in April). David has a wealth of experience and will share his thoughts on issues such as delegation, empowerment, team-building – not ot be missed!
