Data files for Excel, Word or Access

It seems to me that many tutors may have created data files for several applications so that learners could load the files and make amendments, additions etc. Might it be a good idea for us to publish sample files to a suitable folder within this area of TLC .It may help to reduce some duplication and workload. I know I would like to have a word file (or two) which needed corrections which my learners could find, mend and re-save … also for the other main applications.
We’d need to take care and save said files in an older format ‘cos we don’t all work with VISTA … and some of us don’t want to .. heh! heh! Cheers … Eddie
