The team met to discuss the best way forward in terms of mapping the UU and Edexcel units so that both UU and Edexcel could see at a glance the content that was theirs.

It was decided to lay the content out in such a way that it was easily recognised and therefore there would be no problems with either organisation when it came to giving their approval.

A number of formats were discussed but it was agreed that this was an evolving process and that with a basic idea what was required the team would move ahead and then meet in the new year to discuss a final format.

It was agreed that because of the tight timetable to ensure both the UU and Excel approved the units and the necessary involvement of the Industrial sector support, that it would be worth getting some subject specialist help when mapping the Units.
