I was delighted to be asked to review the quality and performance arrangements for vocational education and training (VET) in Northern Ireland. A new framework for quality will complement the important reforms in FE means business and support the Skills strategy for Northern Ireland.

Taken together these developments have the potential to transform the effectiveness of the further education and training sector and create a world-class skills supply side.
